Cookin for 2

With most of you fasting during Ramadan, its important to ensure that you eat healthy. My definition of healthy and yours may differ but I'm sure 2 a.m. runs to KFC might not be good for your body. So I've decided to share with you a quick, easy and seriously delicious recipe of mine. I call it CHOW...well it's at least that's what the recipe calls it. =P

CHOW ( Makes for 2)
Prep Time: 10 Mins
Cooking Time:15 Mins

400 grams noodles
1/2 cup mixed vegetables
4 Rashers of Bacon (Beef/Chicken)
4 chicken sausages ( not the crappy ones )
2 bunches of spring onions
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon chili sauce

Method :
Boil noodles  till Al Dente and drain under cold water

Boil vegetables till tender and chop the spring onions
Boil chicken sausages and slice
In a frying pan or wok fry the bacon without oil till crispy. The bacon will release its own oil. Remove rashers leaving the oil in the pan.
In the same oil saute the sliced sausages for a minute, then add the vegetables and saute for another minute.
Add spring onions and soy and chili sauces. Take off heat immediately add boiled noodles and mix well
